Returns & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within thirty (30) days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition, never worn, with original tags, and returned to us in the original packaging. If your items arrived in a box wrapped in brown paper, please return the item to us wrapped in a similar brown craft paper. Try on new boots only on carpet. All returned items Once you remove the tags, the product it yours. Your refund will be processed within 7 days (usually in 2 -3 days) after the returned item is received. Shipping & handling fees are not refunded. Return of items that were sold with FREE SHIPPING are charged a $15 restocking fee.
Buyer pays return shipping and all future shipping on exchanges. Items must be returned in new condition with all tags attached. Any products returned with tags that are removed or missing are ineligible for an exchange. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
International sales are not returnable.
In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must do the following:
- Contact the Online Sales Department for a Return Authorization Number.
- Write the Return Authorization Number (RA#) clearly on the bottom of your return shipping label, then return the product back to us. All items delivered to us without an (RA#) on the shipping label will be refused, and will be returned to you. You pay for return shipping. We strongly suggest shipping with insurance.
- The product must be returned prepaid, insured, and with a traceable shipping method.
- You must initiate and ship the the item within the return period noted above.
- There is a 50% restocking fee for refused shipments that are returned to us.
