On the last Saturday of each month (through October - see schedule below), Outback will provide both covered spaces in one of our event facilities, and uncovered spaces along the driveways and in the grassy areas around our event facilities. At previous events, some sellers raked-in over $150!

Calendar.  The LAST Saturday of the month

• April 26; May 31; June 28; July 26; August 30; September 27; October 25
• No yard sales in January, February, March, November & December.

More Details.  

• Pre-Payment over the phone with a credit card to greatly facilitate entry of sellers.
• Payment is final.  No refunds.
• No selling of any food or drinks.
• No commercial vendors - individuals & families only.
• Spaces are available on a first-come, first choice basis.  Arrive early and choose the spot you want.

Hours of operation: 6 AM - 1 PM

• Seller Setup begins at 6 AM
• Open to general public: 7 AM - NOON
• Sellers pack-up and leave no later than 1 PM.
• Sellers MUST take all of their unsold items - nothing to be left behind.

Covered Spaces.

• A limited number of covered spaces are available.
• Pre-payment required to reserve a covered space.
• Each single space will receive one 6' table and two chairs.
• Double spaces will receive two 6' tables and two chairs.
• Extra tables will be provided if/as available.

Uncovered Spaces.

• Sellers in uncovered spaces must bring their own tables on which to display their wares, and are welcome to bring a canopy.
• Trailers welcome.
