Terms & Conditions for the Outback Wedding Chapel and Event Hall

Additional Services.  We do not provide any additional services such as flowers, cakes, or catering.  You are welcome to utilize the services of any company for your caterer, DJ, band, etc.

Availability.  Please call to check the availability.  Events are booked when paid in full.

Facility Rental.   Weddings receive full use of the facilities, which includes the wedding chapel, event hall, the oak grove and gazebo.  Providing no event directly precedes the wedding event, wedding parties are allowed to enter the facility to decorate prior to the wedding.

Deposit.  We take a nominal deposit (cash or credit card) prior to the start of your event.  At the conclusion of your event, we will inspect the facility and refund the deposit minus charges for repairs and clean-up.

Alcohol.  If you serve alcohol during your event, we require that you hire a Montgomery County (Texas) licensed peace officer to safeguard your event. 

Event Priorities.   Weddings receive the highest priority for facility rental.  However, once an event is booked, the time period of that event is unavailable to other events.
